Childhood Ages 5-12 years old
We provide counseling and psychotherapy for children ages 5 through 12 to help them process trauma, life’s challenges, and engage in goal-oriented behaviors that will lead to their success in life. We work with the child or adolescent, but also focus on his or her role in the family system to help them work and develop healthy relationships with family members, a sense of responsibility, ethics, and morality that they will need to succeed in life.

Adolescenthood Ages 13-17 years old
We provide counseling and psychotherapy for adolescents to help them process trauma, life’s challenges, and engage in goal-oriented behaviors that will lead to their success in life. We work with the child or adolescent, but also focus on his or her role in the family system and community at large to help them work and develop healthy relationships with family members, a sense of responsibility, ethics, and morality that they will need to succeed in life. Throughout their therapeutic journey, adolescents are given psycho-education about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, and social media, and encouraged to take an early proactive approach to their desired careers.

Early Adulthood Ages 18-35 years old
We provide counseling and psychotherapy for young adults centered on helping them identify and leverage their existing strengths to navigate life’s challenges. By providing a supportive and non-judgmental space, therapists empower young adults to gain clarity on their life direction, develop healthy and meaningful relationships, and work toward a clearer vision for their future. This process goes beyond managing crises; it’s about fostering self-awareness and building the confidence needed to establish a fulfilling and stable adulthood.

Midlife Ages 35-50 years old
We provide counseling and psychotherapy for midlife adults (ages 35–50) to explore roadmaps for navigating this complex life stage with renewed purpose and confidence. This therapeutic approach acknowledges that midlife often brings significant shifts—in careers, family dynamics, and a sense of identity—that can feel overwhelming. By identifying and amplifying existing resources like resilience, wisdom from past experiences, and core values, therapists empower individuals to overcome feelings of being “stuck”. This process not only helps establish and strengthen healthy relationships through improved communication but also fosters a clearer, more intentional vision for the future, one built on a foundation of proven personal capabilities.

Mature Adulthood Ages 50-99 years old
We provide counseling and psychotherapy for adults aged 50 to 99 to help them navigate significant life challenges, promoting resilience and emotional well-being. Mature adults often face unique issues, including coping with physical and mental health changes, adjusting to major life transitions like retirement or the loss of a loved one, and managing feelings of loneliness or a lost sense of purpose. Through counseling and psychotherapy, older adults can develop effective coping mechanisms, improve communication in relationships, and process emotions in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
